It has a bustling town centre which includes a variety of small businesses, together with larger retail chains.
St Peter’s Avenue is the resort’s main shopping street, with the Market Place and High Street located directly off it.
As well as many shops, the area also boasts a range of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants.
If it’s smaller boutiques and specialist shops you’re after, try the delightful Sea View Street, which also includes quality eateries and coffee shops.
Towards the south of the resort, adjacent to its excellent cinema, you will find Leading Labels and the Factory Shop while, only five minutes from the seafront, there is a Tesco Extra.
In neighbouring Grimsby, there is the excellent indoor shopping centre Freshney Place while those with an eye for exclusive brands and labels should take a stroll down Abbeygate.
